Dr. Milind Sardesai is an Associate Professor of Botany in the Botany Department of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. He specializes in Taxonomy of Angiosperms. He is honorary member of Species Survival Committee [SSC] of International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources [IUCN] 2005 – 2008 & 2009 – till date, Indian Association for Angiosperm Taxonomy (FIAAT), Tree Committee, Panhala Hill Station Municipal Council, Panhala 2001 - 2005. He has successfully completed projects on flora and fauna of Maharashtra. His vast knowledge on ecological issues is an asset for Rural South Asia Network. Contact Dr.
